Staying on the Campsite
The camp manager is responsible for ensuring peace and order on the site and is available should any issues arise. Instructions from the camp manager must always be followed.
We kindly ask all guests to show consideration for others. Disturbing or noisy behavior is not permitted.
Between 23:00 and 07:00, all motorized traffic is prohibited, and quiet must be observed. The barrier closes at 22:00 and opens at 07:00.
The speed limit on the campsite is 10 km/h, applying to all vehicles including cars, e-scooters, bicycles, go-karts, and similar.
Only standard tents and awnings for caravans are permitted. Tent structures with fixed walls, windows, and doors are not allowed. It is permitted to set up a small storage tent (approx. 3 m²) by prior agreement with the camp manager. The required safety distance to your neighbor must still be observed.
Caravans must be mobile, meaning registered for road use under Danish traffic law or marked with green ID numbers, which can be purchased at the reception. An annual sticker must also be purchased and renewed each year.
Standard windbreaks are allowed. Dog fences are also permitted but must be removed if you are away from the site for more than 24 hours.
Caravans, awnings, and pitches must be kept tidy and presentable at all times.
Flagpoles, antennas, and similar installations are not permitted. Digging on pitches is only allowed with prior approval from the camp manager.
Fire Safety: A minimum distance of 3 meters between camping units is required.
The use of any kind of weapons or fireworks is strictly prohibited.
Commercial activity is only allowed with permission from the camp manager.
Shared facilities such as toilets, laundry rooms, kitchens, etc., must be left in the same clean and tidy condition you wish to find them in.
Waste must be sorted according to the available categories. Further instructions are provided at the recycling station. Any waste that doesn’t fit the available categories must be taken to the nearest recycling center, located in Them.
Washing of cars or caravans is not allowed on the campsite.
Ball games are not permitted between the caravans. Please use the football field instead. Loud or rough play is also restricted to the playground.
The jumping pillows are open from 09:00 to 21:00. For safety reasons, they must not be used when only partially inflated. Children using them when turned off do so at their own and their parents’ responsibility.
Dogs are welcome on the campsite but must be walked outside the campsite grounds. Dogs must always be kept on a leash or in a secure enclosure. When walked, they must be kept on a lead. Dogs are not allowed inside toilets, kitchens, or other indoor facilities.
REMEMBER! Use dog waste bags to pick up after your dog. To avoid unpleasant smells, please always dispose of used bags in the designated dog waste bin, located near the drive-up to the terrace area.
Failure to pick up after your dog may result in immediate expulsion from the campsite.
Unless otherwise agreed with the camp manager, your pitch must be cleared and cleaned by 12:00 (Cabins by 10:00) in respect of the next arriving guests.
Bryrup Camping accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to guests’ property. Anyone who damages buildings, equipment, or other guests’ belongings may be held liable under general liability rules. Most campers behave respectfully, but sanctions against those who do not comply with the campsite rules may include immediate expulsion.
Guests with seasonal rental agreements are subject to additional rules regarding the mobility of caravans, setup of the pitch, and use of ID numbers. These rules are outlined in the seasonal rental contract and are also available upon request at the reception.
