Drive up to the gate.
- When the barrier opens, you are checked in and can drive to your pitch.
- If the barrier does not recognise your number plate, enter the code from your booking confirmation. You are then checked in.
Arrival of rental units
As described above, you can drive through the barrier from 15:00 on the day of arrival, after which you are checked in. However, you will need to come and say hello at reception so that you can get a key. If the reception is closed when you arrive, the key is left for you in a box to the right of the reception entrance. If you do not have a reservation and wish to book a stay in a rental unit, please contact reception or call +45 75756780.
General information
- Read the electricity meter on arrival and departure
- Download the guest app (link in your booking confirmation) – then you’ll have the activity calendar, all practical information, breakfast orders, hiking and cycling routes and much more at your fingertips.
- The barrier is open from 07:00 to 22:00, and it is a prerequisite that the booking has been paid for the barrier to open.
- Arrival for pitches is from 12:30 – for rental units arrival is from 15:00.
