Dogs must be kept on a leash everywhere on the site and must not be allowed to run free.

Airing takes place outside the campsite and waste is disposed of in the dog station at the tent pitches.

Sometimes it's just more convenient to leave your dog in the dog fence, trailer, or awning. But the dog can become insecure while you're away, which can result in it barking incessantly or running away. This is a great nuisance to other guests at the campsite. Therefore, we ask you NOT to leave your dog alone at home.

Staying in the playground is at your own risk.

The bouncy castles are open from 09:00 to 21:00.

It is not permitted to play on the bouncy cushions while they are partially inflated. This is associated with a risk of bodily injury.

Ball games are referred to the ball field by the river. It is not allowed to play ball on the bouncy castles or playground.

Shoes are not allowed on the bouncy castles, nor are toys or other objects allowed on the bouncy castles. It is of course not allowed to ride a bike on the bouncy castles - even when they are not inflated.

The electrical connection is made with the standard CE plug.

There are 10 - 16 amps available at the pitches.

There is an electricity meter at all pitches. Please read on arrival and departure and settle any consumption above the included amount on departure.

It is NOT allowed to charge electric cars at Bryrup Camping. This will cause enormous damage to the electrical systems, and in the worst case, fire.

Bryrup Camping has a small kiosk with sweets, chips, cold sodas/beer, wine etc. but does not sell groceries. Here we refer to Dagli' Brugsen in Hovedgaden, which is approx. 300 meters from the campsite.

Bryrup Camping naturally supports our local Brugs so we thank you for helping the town keep its own grocery store by doing some of your grocery shopping there while you stay with us.

For other and more shopping opportunities, we refer to the neighboring towns of Brædstrup (Netto, Super Brusen, Rema 1000) and Them (Super Brugsen and Rema 1000).

Often some of our season guests rent out their caravans to friends, family or others. In these cases, guests must pay a personal fee to Bryrup Camping, while rent and electricity are settled directly between owner and guest.

2024: The person fee including shower is DKK 110,- per adult per night, while it is DKK 80,- per child.

The Camp Director is responsible for maintaining order and is available if problems arise. The Camp Director's instructions must always be followed.

We ask you to show consideration for other camping guests and point out that noisy behavior is not allowed.

Between 23:00 and 07:00, all motorized traffic is prohibited and the site must be quiet. The barrier closes at 22:00 and opens at 07:00.

The speed limit on the site is 10 km/h. This applies to cars, as well as electric scooters, bicycles, go-karts and the like.

Only standard tents and awnings for caravans may be used. Tent houses with fixed walls, windows and doors are not allowed. It is permitted to set up a storage tent of approx. 3 m2 by prior agreement with the camp manager. The safety distance to the neighbor must still be observed.

The caravan must be mobile, i.e. registered for driving according to the Danish Road Traffic Act, or have a green ID number, which can be purchased at the reception. An annual sticker must be purchased, which is renewed every year.

Commercially available awnings may be set up. Dog fences are permitted, but must be removed when leaving the site for longer than 24 hours.

Caravans, awnings and the camping pitch must look neat and inviting at all times.

Flagpoles, antennas and the like may not be erected, and digging on the pitch may only take place by agreement with the camp manager.

Fire safety measures: The distance between camping units must be at least 3 meters.

The use of weapons and fireworks of any kind is prohibited on the site.

Drone flying on the campsite is NOT allowed without the prior consent of the camp manager.

Trading on site is only accepted with the permission of the camp manager.

Shared facilities, i.e. toilets, washrooms, kitchens, etc. must be left in the same condition as you wish to find them, i.e. clean and tidy.

Waste is sorted into the fractions for which there is capacity. Further guidance is available in the waste yard. All waste that is not sorted into the fractions available in the waste yard must be brought to the recycling center yourself. The nearest one is located in Them.

Car/Caravan washing is not allowed at the campsite.

It is not allowed to play ball between the caravans. Please refer to the ball field instead. Noisy and wild play is referred to the playground.

The bouncy castles are open from 09:00 to 21:00. It is a safety risk to use the bouncy castles when they are only partially inflated. Children using the bouncy castles when they are not lit is at their own and their parents' risk.

REMEMBER! The dog bag for collecting the dog's waste. To avoid odor nuisance at the campsite, dog waste bags must always be disposed of in the dog station, which is set up at the entrance to the terraces.

Deliberately not picking up your dog's waste is grounds for expulsion.

Departure: Unless otherwise agreed with the camp manager, your pitch must be cleared and cleaned by 12:00 (Cabin 10:00) for the benefit of the next guests.

Bryrup Camping accepts no responsibility for damage to or loss of campers' belongings. Anyone who damages buildings, equipment or other campers' belongings may be held liable according to the general rules on compensation. Most campers are naturally considerate in their behavior. Sanctions against the few who do not comply with the campsite rules may include immediate expulsion from the campsite.

For campers who have signed a seasonal pitch rental agreement with Bryrup Camping, more detailed rules apply to the mobility of caravans, the layout of the unit pitches, or ID no. The rules are in the seasonal pitch contract, but they can also be obtained by contacting the reception.

Always keep a distance of 3 meters between units (fire regulations).

You must therefore make sure to keep a distance of 1.5 meters to the boundary at both ends of the caravan.

Drawbar does NOT count towards the safety distance.

The caravan must be placed in the light green field as indicated on the site map. This is partly to ensure that safety distances can be maintained.

When you book with Bryrup Camping, you always get free showers included in the price. No need to use cards or coins in the showers - just press or activate the sensor. The heat can be regulated on all showers - even those with a push button where you can turn to either side to regulate the temperature.

Bryrup Camping wants to be a more sustainable campsite and protect our climate and environment. We hope that you will help us with this mission and not take longer baths than necessary.

We have hired three campsite cats that roam freely around the site. Their job is to catch mice and other bugs that we don't want to get into the awnings.

You are welcome to pet them, but please do not lift them. Also please don't invite them into the awning, caravan, or cabin, because they need to learn that they are not allowed in our guests' caravans and tents. Some have allergies and others are just not that fond of cats.

The cats are called Nala, Bulder and Steven, but they don't seem to care.

The waterpark is open from Ascension Day weekend to the last weekend in August.

Opening hours:

Every day from 10:00 to 20:00 (closed on Wednesdays outside school holidays)

Convenient:

There are no changing rooms in connection with the pool, so changing takes place in the caravan, cabin etc. or in one of the surrounding bathrooms. There are two showers in the entrance to rinse off before bathing.

Pool rules:

Everyone must wash before bathing. The two showers in the entrance to the pool can be used.

Jumping into the pool from stairs and other places where there are railings is NOT allowed.

Head jumps are NOT allowed.

No glass of any kind is allowed in the pool. Diving goggles with glasses are also not allowed.

BE CONSIDERATE! For example, think about whether your ball game in the pool is a nuisance to others, or if you've dropped an ice cream that someone else slips on or takes into the pool under their foot.

Children only allowed when accompanied by responsible adults.

Swimwear MUST be worn.

Children with risk of "accidents" MUST wear a swim diaper. These can be purchased at the reception. Such an accident may result in the closure of the waterpark for one or more days.

Closure of water park

In the event of possible contamination of the water after an "accident", the pool may be closed for up to 3 days. In this case, Bryrup Camping does not accept liability for non-use of the waterpark during your stay.

In the event of sudden technical problems that make the operation of the pool unsafe, Bryrup Camping does not incur any liability for non-use during the stay, but will ensure that the problem is rectified as quickly as possible.

Wi-Fi is included when staying in a cabin, villa tent, or rented caravan.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the café area with the code "75756780".

Theres is good Wi-Fi coverage on the rest of the camp site, but to use it in your own tent or caravan you need to purchase a code in the reception.

The reason why Wi-Fi is not free at Bryrup Camping is that we mainly have Danish guests with their own large mobile data packages that they can use instead.

This means a better speed and experience for guests who do need Wi-Fi.

With TDC's 4G and 5G network, there is full coverage on site.
