Data protection is a high priority with us, and we want openness and transparency about how we process your personal information. We have therefore developed a policy for how your personal information is processed and protected.

 

Why do we use your personal information?

We use your personal information to fulfill our obligations in connection with legislation, court rulings, and government decisions. This includes the use of your personal information for the collection and control of accounting information in compliance with accounting rules.

What legal right do we have to use your personal information?

The use of your personal information is necessary for us to fulfill our legal obligations.

 

How long do we keep your information?

We store your information in accordance with the Danish Accounting Act. Thereafter, all information will be deleted or anonymized in such a way that the information can no longer identify you.

 

Who is responsible for your personal information?

The Provider is responsible for the personal information you provide to us and is responsible for your personal information in accordance with the applicable data protection law.

 

Where do we store your information? 

The information we collect about you is stored in Denmark, more specifically at CompuSoft A / S Danske Hostingcentre and the provider’s own server. Such transfer of your personal information is carried out in accordance with the applicable law.

 

Who has access to your information? 

Your information is only used by the trusted staff of the provider. The provider acts as a data controller for your personal information and uses the personal information in its own ways. However, the provider uses several data processors that ensure that we can deliver the desired product and service to our customers. We never pass on, sell or exchange your personal information to third parties for marketing outside the provider. Personal information passed on to third parties is used only to serve you. Under each named process below you can find the individual categories of third parties.

  • Debit card transactions: DIBS or QuickPay
  • Booking Transactions: CompuSoft A / S

What are your rights?

Right of access:

You have the right to be informed at any time what personal information we have registered about you. Contact the Provider and we will send your personal information via e-mail.

 

The right to correct data:

You have the right to request that your personal information be corrected if it is incorrect, including the right to make incomplete information complete.

 

The right to delete data:

You have the right to have the personal information we use deleted at any time, except in the following situations:

  • You have an unresolved case with us.
  • You have an open order that has not yet been completed
  • You have a financial conflict with the provider, regardless of the method of payment
  • You are suspected of having or have misused our services within the last four years
  • Your debt has been resold to third parties within the last three years or within one year for deceased customers
  • If you have made a purchase, we will keep your personal information in connection with your transaction for the sake of the accounting rules

 

Your right to oppose your use based on legitimate interests:

You have the right to oppose the use of your personal information based on the legitimate interests of the provider. The Provider will not continue to use your personal information unless we can demonstrate a valid reason for their use, which violates your wishes and rights and/or is based on legal requirements.

 

Your right to oppose direct marketing:

You have the right to oppose direct marketing, including profile analysis for direct marketing purposes.

  • By contacting the provider directly.

 

Right of limited use:

You have the right to request limited use of your personal information from the provider in the following circumstances:

  • If you object to use based on the legitimate interests of the provider, the provider must restrict all use of that personal information while verifying that our legitimate interests take precedence over yours.
  • If you believe that your personal information is incorrect, the provider must restrict all use of that data while verifying the accuracy of that personal information.
  • If the processing is unfair, you can oppose the deletion of your personal information and instead request limited use of your personal information
  • If the provider no longer needs your personal information, but it is required to make a legal claim

How can you execute your rights?

We take data protection very seriously and therefore you can always contact the provider with inquiries.

 

The right to complain to a supervisory authority:

If you believe that the provider is processing your personal information incorrectly, you can contact CompuSoft at info@compusoft.dk. You also have the opportunity to complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency.

E-commerce conditions for Bryrup Camping

Terms and conditions

Below you will find useful information regarding the use of online booking. You can e.g. read about how we process your entered information, how you receive your receipt in connection with a purchase, and much more. When the PROVIDER is written below, it is used as a synonym for Bryrup Camping.

Payment

All prices stated in the PROVIDER’s online booking system are, like everywhere else on the website, stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT and all taxes unless otherwise is stated clearly in the situation in question.

Payment is made by using one of the approved payment cards/credit cards in online booking, which is Visa and Mastercard. No charge for trading takes place through online booking.

Information about trading on the internet

You can safely shop online through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are as a starting point insured concerning any misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the Internet. You can read more about how you as a consumer should relate to payments online at the following websites: www.betaling.dk, www.fdih.dk.

Shipping and delivery

When booking and paying for a cabin, a rental tent, a place for your own tent, or a place for your own caravan, you will receive a rental contract from the PROVIDER, in which the accounts for your purchase appear.

The contract is sent via e-mail within 24 hours of the time of booking. Please check that you have entered the correct email address!

Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at the PROVIDER on the day of arrival (and ends on departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the lease mentioned above.

Right of withdrawal and refund

You have the option to cancel your booking on the following terms:

Until you have paid the deposit or the full purchase price, the lease is not valid for either party.

If you cancel within 24 hours of ordering and full or partial payment has been made, the full amount will be refunded. Otherwise, the following applies.

 

Rental units

  • Immediately upon booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount plus any booking fee is paid.
  • One month before the start of the rental period, the rest of the total amount is paid.
  • If canceled more than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit will be refunded except for a fee of DKK 200,- plus any booking fee.
  • If canceled less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If canceled less than 14 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit will not be refunded. Any reimbursement must be made through own insurance.

 

Own caravan / tent / motorhome

  • Immediately upon booking, a deposit of 25% of the total rental amount plus any booking fee is paid.
  • One month before the start of the rental period, the rest of the total amount is paid.
  • If canceled more than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit will be refunded except for a fee of DKK 200, – plus any booking fee.
  • If canceled less than 30 days before the start of the rental period, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • If canceled less than 48 hours before the start of the rental period, the deposit will not be refunded. Any reimbursement must be made through own insurance.

Force Majeure

The customer is not released from payment of the rent if the customer due to personal circumstances or force majeure (war, strike, natural disasters, epidemic, closure of borders, and the like) is prevented from exercising the right of use that the customer has under the lease.

Registration of information

PROVIDER registers your name, address, e-mail, and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer directory. The information is not passed on, but the PROVIDER retains the registration for 5 years.

PROVIDER uses server-side cookies and a secure connection to create the security of the information you provide on the site.

When paying by credit card, the registration is done via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before it is sent over the Internet.

Complaint handling

If for any reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, then you can write to the address or telephone number below.

 

Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself, or the product (stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by regular review of your contract. You can complain in writing or orally. One year after receipt of the goods (stay), the right to complain ceases in accordance with the Purchase Act §83, paragraph. 1, unless otherwise agreed.

When the PROVIDER receives your complaint about an item, the complaint is processed as soon as possible. The PROVIDER will decide whether the received item is to be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction is to be given.
